  • Likely within 14 days, but depends on the quantity of items
  • Just upload a notice of what’s coming and we’ll take care of the rest

  • It’s not complicated, but it requires some IT skills 
  • You need someone who knows the API
  • We are happy to help you with some of this via our own programmers
  • Goods requiring a specific temperature range outside the 15–25 °C range 
  • Fresh food (except for food supplements, we store these)
  • Dangerous, prohibited or life-threatening items: drugs, weapons, some ADRs
  • Live animals
  • Items longer than 3 m, but this is subject to agreement and individual assessment
  • Regular parcels 0.01–31.5 kg 
  • Full-pallet shipments
  • Oversized shipments
  • We prepare for personal pick-up in a van or truck
  • We inspect the returned shipment and put it back in storage 
  • We mark the damaged ones and ask what to do about it
  • We put the claims in the claims warehouse until they are resolved
